"Pink"ing of you!

She volunteered to make 1000 or so cards for a Womens' Conference on Breast Cancer. I am donating 10. All the elements are from my stash of supplies. I stamped ATC's and wrapped verigated pink cording around them, embossed the 1st layer with various Cuttlebug embossing folders, wrapped patterned grosgrain ribbon and added little pink satin daisies that I added little pearls to the center. I lot of elements x10 and still did not make a dent in my supplies! I am happy to help in a small way.

First of 200 Felt Football Pins

Cricut makes it so much easier. Footballs cut from Sports Mania, Numbers cut from Varsity Letter. Puffy Paint on the ribbon tails personalized for each player. Only have to use pinking shears on the edge of one layer. So much easier than cutting everything by hand.

Garbage --- a Family favorite for Picnics and BBQs

My mother in law has made Garbage for years. I guess it got its' name at first because it could be made in a clean wastebasket. I immediately thought of Oscar the Grouch. Got my Sesame St cartridges out. The Gingham flowers are a Cuttlebug die cut. I hope you enjoy this project and try the recipe.

Land of the Free Home of the Brave

Again with the sideways picture. As I try to correct this, The little boy is cut from A Childs' First Year, The Lady Bug from Walk in My Garden, The banner from Freshly Picked and the USA from Stand and Salute. I sewed a casing on my paper and slipped a wooden dowel inside. The little flag pin is made of safety pins and seed beads. I hung patriotic wired stars and flags through a hole punched at the bottom of the sign. The striped grosgrain ribbon is Offray and the paper is Bazzil. I will work on the photo display but you get the idea!

On The Road Again Challenge

For this challenge, I did something I have considered for a while. I saved one of Michaels' McD's Happy Meal containers. Covered it with scrapbook paper. Tied tinted seam binding to the handle. Added some tulips of course cut from Freshly Picked, and the word LITTER from Kates' ABCs. I clipped a grocery bag inside with old fashioned hair clips. I put the hook side of the velcro on the botton so it sticks to the carpet in the car. Now I have a cute little waste bin in the car. ~Enjoy

My Way Challenge

I loved the potted flower card. I had to do a tulip of course! I used my favorite one from Freshly Picked. I used some sewing around the edges, pink twine, dyed seam binding, dyed skittles and toled edges. I hope you like it.
