Last minute request for 30 1st Communion Invitations
Cross is from Wedding Solutions Cartridge and the kneeling girl and chalice is from Inspired Hearts Lite Cartdridge. The host is a simple 3/4" circle. I believe I used a center for a flower from the Mothers Day Solution Cartridge for those. Let me tell you...weeding the middles out of the fillagree crosses does not allow a hurry up process! I have 18 done and will finish the rest tonight. Enjoy.

7th Grade Assignment - The Giver - 5 page Scrapbook
My niece Delaney was so excited to learn how to use "The Cricut Expression". She saw the infomercial and couldn't believe she was going to do the cuts herself. We worked on this from 11:00 am- 5:00 pm. No breaks! I guess I am a slave driver. She earned 51 points out of a possible 50. It was a fun day.

The Daily Grind - Repurposed items
This adorable project (if I say so myself) is totally free! I call it The Daily Grind because the items are from Starbucks and saved from my daily fix of Decaf Mocha. Since I gave that up for Lent, I thought I would use some of the stuff.
The stems are the drink stoppers, the pot is made from the inside of the sleeve and the tulips are made from the part you would throw when you cut the 2nd flower from Mothers Day Bouquet Cartridge. The leaves are from the same cartridge and I covered it with Glossy Accents so it would match the plastic stems. I have it standing up using an old acrylic business card holder that I had in my "can't part with" stash.
It is going to look cute on my desk at work.
Enjoy.

Check out All Things Royal featuring the new E2 and a special giveaway
As usual, Cindy has shown some fabulous works of art using some of the 4 preloaded "cartridges" in the E2. I cannot wait to get my hands on this new machine when it comes out.

Mad Hatter Tea Party Baby Shower Diaper Cake
Mommy to be requested no characters but wanted to match her theme. I did have to put a ceramic white rabbit in the corner.
Tea Cups are from Wall Decor and More, Tea Pot, Pocket Watch are from Disney Classics and are the the Alice theme. I had to hide contour the rabbit on both the tea pot and the pocket watch. If you look to the right you see this little white rabbit. He had to be there.
I fused 2 cuts of tea cups together with this fabulous new find: Pellon Pellex 72F. It made my fabric really stiff like it was fabric covered foam and it stays fused. I am going to find lots of new things to do with this.
You can barely see the inch and a half pink and brown polka dot grosgrain ribbon on each of the tiers but it matches the fabric exactly. I added pink tulle to the tiers because the diapers had too much blue and I needed the cake to be for a girl baby shower.
Enjoy and thank you for looking.
