So todays challenges include Halloween signs and tags in Black in Orange. I got the inspiration for this sign as I unloaded the dishwasher and spied my clean/dirty tulip magnet.
I decided to make a Witch is In/Out banner with little tags hanging from it. One of the challenges is on MyCreativeTime. I used the Polaroid frame Die Cut from the set Just Simply Live. As I had it out, I saw the perfect sentiment Enjoy the Ride! I just love finding cool things in unexpected places and just when I could incorporate them in my project. I stacked them all up and used my Crop-a-dile to line up all the holes and ran black and white twine from the Twinery to attach them together. I put a little orange bead between each one to add some glam and to weigh it down so that it doesn't blow around as someone walks by.
The Amazing Witch flying by the moon (or the sun since it is still 80 degrees here) is cut from Cricut Cartridge Celebrate with Flourish. I embossed it so all the layers matched up using a Cuttlebug folder. I really need to take the time to label those folders some day.
The colors fit the Orange and Black Halloween Challenge happening over at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog. Go check it out and enter your own creation.
super cute but I need one that say the witch is here to stay, deal with it! lol
ReplyDeleteSuper funny!!! You need it in all the holiday colors I guess! Would be funny in fall colors, red and green, valentines, St Patricks' Day, Easter and Graduation. Hmmmm I am gonna think about that. Great suggestion.
